Had an appt at 1:00 for me and 1:20 for my son. 20 minutes after my scheduled appt i got called back and had to read some letters and then they told me to sit in another waiting room. Mean while my son was still waiting and its half an hour past his appt time when they took him back with my husband. I am still waiting to see the doctor 20 minutes later after being put in the waiting room. We finally just decided to leave. They had my son read a sentence which he is 6 years old and just learning to read so how could he do this? Last exam he had at another place he read numbers and letters. They were so unorganized and a lady said last week she waited nearly 3 hours to be seen and have hers done. I would not every go here or tell anyone to go here.

My aunt tore her cornea the morning of her mother's funeral. She was in extreme pain (she was blindfolded because the light made her pain worse and we had to lead her) so my wife and I took her to see Dr. Betz. The receptionist was most unhelpful and uncaring!!!! She insisted that my aunt do very detailed paperwork before she saw the doctor. We asked for a more private, dark room because of how sensitive she was to the light, but they told us they had no options. We also requested that she be able to see the dr as soon as possible but they informed us that since she was an emergency patient she would just have to wait. Once we were called back, the nurse and the doctor were actually fairly good for situation and provided help for my aunt. If I could rate the receptionist I would rate them at 0. They were very unhelpful, unkind, uncaring, and just all around snobby!!!
