I've been a patient of Dr. Nemser for about 16 years and he and his staff are outstanding. His attention to detail and thorough evaluation are beyond reproach, and something I very much value from my doctors. The staff is so friendly and helpful too. Rich always does a great job at guiding through my insurance coverage. He always gives me the best recommendation for getting the most out of my benefits when choosing between contact lenses and glasses. I can't recommend this practice enough.

Going here was a truly terrible experience from top to bottom. I never write bad reviews but feel the need to spare other patients their time and energy and see someone else. Everyone in the office was extremely rude to me from my very first interaction with them. I got my exam done and everything seemed fine besides the attitudes. I was coming in because I felt that my vision had gotten a bit worse since my last exam. The glasses I brought in were a -0.75 and I left with at -0.25 prescription. I haven't been wearing glasses for long so I didn't double check but went ahead and ordered glasses and only noticed when I put them on and noticed they were far worse than before. After going back with a very polite note that I didn't think the prescription was correct, I was given so much attitude and told that this "never happens" and that it must have been my fault because of what I told them during the last exam. After seeing another doctor, I was floored by the night and day difference in treatment and this second doctor I saw immediately knew I was at *least* a -0.75 and provided me with a completely different prescription. Don't waste your time here they at best, rude, and at worst, incompetent.

Excellent experience! Dr. Nemser is very knowledgeable and helpful and his staff are welcoming and super attentive! They also have a wide variety of beautiful frames - I bought a pair but I'm thinking about going back for a second (still on my mind 😍👓)! Will be a returning customer!

Dr. Nemser is a wonderful doctor, he has a great bedside manner and has always helped me and explained any condition I may have had. I myself am in a customer service related industry and seeing reviews as such is unfair to Dr. Nemser, because there are always 2 sides to the story except in a customer service related field, then it's just you're just wrong and never get to explain your side of the story.

The only reason why I’m giving it two stars is because of the receptionist. Not sure if she’s still there but she’s the only nice and professional person there. I can’t recall his name but one of the doctors was rude to me during my appointment because I had missed a previous appointment due to an emergency even though I provided notice and quit honestly I didn’t feel comfortable how he was speaking to me - couldn’t wait to leave. I understand there are policies and requirements to adhere to but his demeanour changed and felt that he was treating me like a child when he talked to me. It seemed he was then annoyed when he was treating me the rest of the appointment. It was the second time I felt that way and that’s enough for me to never go back for an appointment. I don’t stay where I don’t feel comfortable. They also make it a hassle to reorder supplies for contacts, something that has never been an issue anywhere else for me for the last 20 years I’ve worn contacts. Could just be me but I should have paid attention to the reviews and took my business somewhere else from the beginning.
