They have the best staff there they’re friendly they’re helpful. They make great suggestions. They really help you with your glasses so you don’t make a bad decision very honest.. A great doctor and a great and very friendly person that Handles the tests, very patient with you. This is my second visit in two years and I was very happy with my first pair of glasses and they came really fast. My last doctor. My husband waited over nine months to get a pair of sunglasses done right will not be switching back.. These will be my permanent place for glasses until I no longer need them
Pros: easy to schedule appointments, extremely helpful staff who happily offered opinions on glasses choices, good selection of glasses, good location Cons: very, very aggressively tried to get me to upgrade services and options for higher fees. This made my visit much longer and was annoying. Four different times they gave me a pitch for me to get an optional retinal scan even after I told them that I get them every year already with an ophthalmologist. When I asked about options for my glasses lenses, they say that the doctor recommends the upgrades, even for things that have no medical basis like scratch resistance. Doctor was actually very quiet when he saw me.
What an awesome experience. I took my daughter and dad to get an exam and new glasses. Dora was so nice, Patient and explained everything. Dr. James Abel was so nice as well. All there equipment is so new age. It's very impressive. Breanna was also very nice and helped us with our orders and dealing with the insurance. Over all I would definitely recommend everyone to come here to get an exam. Oh and they have such a wide selection of frames and great deals. 😊
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dora did the exam and was explained everything I was going to do as well as the paperwork. The Dr. Did my exam then fitted me for contacts to try in case I want to go that route or have them so I can trade between glasses and contacts. The other staff members helped me choose my new pair of glasses and even told me what they were looking for regarding the fit. This is now my new place to go for glasses.
