I’ve been using Quality Vision for several years for all of my eye care needs. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I always feel heard and have my questions answered quickly. Front staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Melton is thorough in her exams and has wonderful “bedside manner”. I would recommend this office to anyone!
The customer service was amazing. They welcomed me with a warm smile! And I just had to wait 2 weeks for my glasses! They helped me out with picking a pair that would fit me the most. They also made sure that I was comfortable with everything.
I have been going here for years, along with my kids. Dr. Melton is great. The business practices are not. They do not care about how long you have been going there, they dont balance they books appropriately. They will bill for "mistakes" from 3 years ago. They will not reimburse if you are over charged after they bill your insurance.
I can’t say enough about Quality Vision Care. The name says it all. When you leave you know you have had the best care with experienced staff and a caring knowledgeable Dr. A shout out to Paula, Ramona and Meghan who get to know you and are always there to help!
The staff there is amazing. Paula is amazing on helping you find just the right pair of glasses and make sure you are happy with your choice.
