Very pleasant experience. Dr. Rowe is very nice. He saw both me and my husband at the same time and he has great taste in choices in glasses. We loved what he picked out for us. The staff was very friendly and very quick with appointments. Thank you so much for wonderful experience.A calm peaceful atmosphere.
First appointment ever at Dr . Rowes office & the front desk receptionist was nice . The problem came in when Dr. Rowe called me to the back . He did not introduce himself but instead says “ go & have a seat over there “ . So I say ok & I sit in the exam chair . Then he says ‘ “ you wear glasses ? “ I answered yes . So then he says , “ well where are they ?? “ I respond , they are at home , I have my contacts in . “ He then says in a very rude tone , “ you’re gonna have to take those out , do you have a case ? “ I respond no . He then throws his pen down on the table & looks at me and says “ well what are you gonna do ? Put them in your hand ? “ so shocked by his response I just look at him for a moment . Then he gets up & walks out . Doesn’t say anything , just walks out . He comes back with a contact case & I take them out . We go through the exam & then he takes me to pick glasses . He says “ your insurance will only cover what’s on this wall “ which was hardly anything to choose from . I don’t like the smart remarks & I will not be going back . They appointment was not comfortable at all . Searching for a new eye doctor .
Long wait times to get glasses or contacts, won’t call to update you. Dr Rowe is very unprofessional and rude along with his staff. If I pay for something I expect to get it. If I can’t get it then give me my money back. I don’t care if you lose money. That’s not how a business is run.
Everyone in the office was very nice, but I paid almost $500 for glasses and sun glasses and my perscription was so off I dont know if it was the place that made the glasses or my eye exam, I made an app there because I wanted to go to a doctor's office and not a store, now I have to pay for more glasses, never again.
Dr. Rowe is very knowledgeable and professional.i have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family. His staff are very friendly and helpful.
