This was my first visit, but not my first eye exam. I had a lot of issues and from the minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The technicians did their testing and they were very polite and thorough. The doctor took his time to explain my Eye test results. I was really very satisfied and felt like I’ve known these people forever. I will be going back for my exams. Thank you to all staff. Amazing job.
Dr. Racanati is one of the nicest and most professional optometrists I’ve ever met. He is kind, humble, patient, and very knowledgeable. He explains everything clearly, is always helpful, and has such a positive, optimistic attitude that makes every visit pleasant. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly, highly recommend!

Updating to 3 star from my earlier 1 star as the office eventually called back to remove the charge. Visited the Cliffside office on 4/10 for a annual checkup which got billed as a medical visit resulting in a 200+ dollar bill. I wasted almost an hour on the phone with the front desk and billing department to get this corrected but with no resolution. Please correct this asap. Otherwise the Dr was nice and the review would be better.
From the moment I made the appointment, the reminders I received prior to my visit, the moment I walked through the door, to the last person I dealt with... the service was top notch and with genuine care. I already told family members to change their current appointments and visit Dr Racanati instead.
