From the moment you walk into Radiance Eye Care in Maynard, you’re greeted with the most beautiful fragrance - perfectly balanced, not too strong, not too subtle, just instantly calming and welcoming. Angela and Erica are truly consummate professionals. They are warm, kind, and always greeting you with genuine smiles that make you feel right at home. Then Lexi brings you in, and she is just as wonderful - patient, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Dr. Patel is absolutely exceptional. She shared insights about eye care and dry eyes that I have never received from any other ophthalmologist. Her explanation about how makeup can block the natural oils in your eyes was eye-opening (no pun intended!) and so helpful. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to educate you. When it came time to choose glasses, Erica went above and beyond. She was so patient, helped me “shop” a bit, made thoughtful recommendations, and adjusted everything perfectly to fit my needs. I can honestly say I have never seen this clearly in my life! I am so glad I decided to give Radiance Eye Care a try. I will absolutely be back. The entire Radiance Eye family is incredible, and I highly recommend them. And a fun bonus: if you’re a Golden Girls fan, you have to stop by just to check out the artwork. Trust me 😊

I'm echoing the order reviews to say that this is an amazing option for eye care. I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the very first moment being greeted by the desk staff to the incredibly thorough history taken be Lexi and the comprehensive eye exam by Dr. Patel - everything was exceptional. Dr. Patel is so knowledgeable. She told me things about my vision that I had not heard before and took the time to explain them to me in a way that I understood. On top of all that, when I ran short on time to look at new glasses, she had me come back later that day and then personally helped me select my frames. There was no rush, in fact it was so fun & felt more like girls shopping together vs a doctor/patient transaction. When I came to pick up my new frames, Erica went above and beyond too! She took so much time to make sure I felt comfortable with my new glasses, and even meticulously fixed my old beat up frames. I really can't say enough about how great Radiance Eye Care is. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Patel and all her wonderful staff if you have the opportunity. I "look" forward to going back myself!

I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciate Radiance Eye Care. My regular eye exam was a fantastic experience. Dr. Patel is incredibly thorough, takes her time, and makes you feel completely at ease. You never feel rushed. The entire staff is wonderful, and Erica was so helpful to me in finding the perfect frames for my face. She was patient, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about getting it right. What truly stood out, though, was the level of care I received during a pretty serious corneal abrasion. Dr. Patel personally checked in with me via text, guided me through two urgent care visits, and even came in on her day off to place a bandage contact lens. That kind of dedication and compassion is why they are simply the best. Highly recommend Radiance Eye Care if you’re looking for not just excellent care, but a team that truly goes above and beyond.

I came to the appt rather anxious and under a lot of stress. I was immediately put at ease at the front desk. Angela checked me in and walked me through the new patient process smoothly and efficiently. I had a brief minute wait until Lexi took me to start the exam. She explained each step of the process and what it would provide the doctor. She took medical history and reason for visit as well as any issues with my eyes or glasses I have been wearing. Using only readers, I knew it was time to get corrective lenses. Dr Patel conducted the remaining parts of the exam with calm and thoroughness. She explained what I would need and gave me a “sneak peek” how my vision would improve. She put me in very capable hands for choosing the frames for my new glasses. Options and warranties were explained thoroughly. I left at ease and very satisfied with the entire experience. So very grateful to have found Radiance Eye Care.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Hands down one of the best spots for eye care around. The staff is awesome, the service is top-notch, and they actually make you feel like they care about your vision (which… I guess is kinda the point, but still 😂). Honestly, it’s so good I’m pretty sure even the local wildlife knows it. I swear I saw a line of raccoons outside waiting for appointments. No joke — little guys probably wanted better night vision or something. But in all seriousness, if you want great care, a friendly atmosphere, and people who actually know what they’re doing, this is the place to go. Highly recommend… whether you’re human or a raccoon!
