Terrible service. Despite using this company for years, and having Kaiser insurance, this time they claimed they have no relationship with Kaiser and had no idea that they are contracted providers and that I may need to pay the full $210 for a checkup rather than the $35 co-pay. Even after learning that they are indeed contracted providers for Kaiser through the first choice network, they continued to suggest that Kaiser may not pay and I may have to pay the full amount. This company lost my business for good.

Poor customer service. They do not listen to the customer. I've had my glasses for 6-8 months and the lenses have cracked twice.. a small crack that occurs within the lense. I specifically stated that I haven't dropped or caused any excessive stress on the glasses. The young female said I did not pay for lense insurance, took my glasses to the lab, came back 10 minutes later and stated that she theorized that I dropped them by her findings. I will never go back to a place that I'm a customer of and be called a liar. Before all this happened and I was in their store on 18th and 2 females staff were having a conversation of how they "hate" doctors. I'm a retired RN. I'm a person of integrity and truth. I have no respect for your judgement of others nor will I ever go to your belittling store again.

I know i have short patients and that can lead me to being abrasive, I know these things about me and made that pretty clear when told I need glasses, and the process of getting them right was torcher and I have not made their lives easier, that said they have been very professional and patiant with me witch made me want to be calmer and nicer to them, coming from me this is a giant compliment and a tribute to their professionalism, not something I can say about their competition, thank you Rainbow for your support and patients in a time of turmoil and agony on my part 😊 you have a client for life

So I book an appointment, they send me to the 26th and willamette. Then they say the appointment was canceled. Not knowing, i show up to be sent to the willikenzie office. To say no. I will never deal with this place again. I called the 18th place where I scheduled the appointment... they kept putting me on hold. Bad business. Never doing anything with them again! So glad I took time off work.

Staff was very friendly and punctual. Before I had even walked away for the check-in desk someone was there to take me to an exam room. Dr. Carlson was also great and very knowledgeable. She made observations I had never had an optometrist share with me about my eyes before. Great place that I've already recommended to friends and will be returning to for my next exam.
