I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters, thanks to Carlea. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment she started helping me. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Carlea was very knowledgeable and offered helpful suggestions based on my needs. She showed me different products, explained the benefits of each, and made the entire process easy to understand. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine personality made the experience enjoyable. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Carlea truly went above and beyond. LensCrafters is fortunate to have someone as friendly, personable, and knowledgeable as her. I highly recommend asking for Carlea if you visit!

The entire staff was amazing, but Tichelle was truly one in a billion. She deserves a 56% raise and a stake in the company—seriously! 😄 Honestly, everyone here took wonderful care of me, and the whole process only took about 20 minutes, which has to be some kind of record. Tichelle went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible and really helped me understand how to use my insurance in a way that actually fit my needs.

I came back here to get my glasses adjusted and figure out why I had difficulty focusing on far away objects with my new prescription. Veronica and Carlea were incredibly helpful and informative. They assisted in adjusting my glasses which now feel much better for me and offered to have my come back in for a prescription follow-up if things were still out of order. (⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠)

I really appreciated my experience with Carlea! She was incredibly helpful in finding frames that fit my extra narrow face. Even going so far as to replacing sunglass lenses with prescription lenses so I could stick with the frames that fit best! So knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating when possible. Thank you, Carlea!
