The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. When asked, they gave honest opinions with specifics about why different pairs worked well or not with the shape of my face. They helped find alternative options based on what worked and what I like until I found the perfect pair. I'm way more excited to wear my new pair of glasses than any glasses I have ever gotten before.

While shopping for glasses, the employee asked if we would like help and we declined. As I tried on glasses, I turned to my wife to get her opinion and the employee rudely interjected her opinions. For one pair she said “those ones make you look like you’re trying to hide your eyebrows”. I then put on another pair with my back to the employee and she said “those make your eyes look too close together”. She then said “your face is too narrow for most of these glasses and too wide for kids’”. My wife and I genuinely liked one of the pairs. It’s really hard to find ones I feel confident in generally and this employee made the experience worse. I wish she would’ve asked if we wanted her opinion and if she would’ve delivered it with more tact. We left and bought glasses elsewhere.
I came to this location by mistake this morning just as they were opening. The receptionist was visibly in pain as she unlocked the door so when she went to pick up their large sign I tried to open the door for her so she wouldn’t have to struggle with the door and the sign while in pain. She turned around and yelled at me. I apologized and stepped out to give her space. After she put her sign out she asked me what I wanted. I explained that I had a 10:00 appointment and she said my appointment wasn’t at that location , turned around & walked away. I didn’t expect her to trouble shoot with me but getting yelled at was a little rough. I understand being in pain but no one needs to bear the brunt of her pain.
The new optometrist is amazing. He seems to really care about his clients. I highly recommend going here!
They will cancel your appointment the day before! They don’t tell you when making an appointment that you are required to confirm it upon their schedule. This establishment is self entitled and thinks their time is worth more than yours.
