My son's appointment was at 8:50am we waited about 20 mins and were treated with compassion and respect. He was able to diagnose my son which was huge for me. They had a nice section for kids only which I loved. We left by 10:15am. Highly recommend 👌

They worked me in for an urgent matter which I really appreciated. I was examined first by Donzelle, COT and he was absolutely delightful and thorough. Then I was seen by Dr. Adam who reassured me that she didn’t see anything of concern and gave me good advice on what to watch for in the future. Checkout was easy. I would highly recommend Donzelle and Dr Adam.

I have had seamless experiences with Dr. Adam. I will continue to see her. She listens, takes your concern seriously and addresses it with helpful interventions. I like Cary Opthamology! I gave 4 Stars because of patient backup with later in the day appointments although it could mean that drs.are spending needed time with each patient.

Staff was really pleasant and accommodating. I was seen on time almost as soon as I completed check in. My provider was good at offering treatment options and I got a thorough understanding of the things I needed to do to go forward with my procedure. A positive experience.

Dr Jordan and staff were great with my granddaughter, who’s eight. They were efficient and nice. Some patients and I could have done without listening to someone threatening to reprimand the front office employees. That was very unprofessional and uncomfortable for us. The atrium building is beautiful with restrooms available to the public. The office is clean with plenty of space and has a children waiting area. Wheelchairs are also available if needed.
