Actually disgusting attitude from the doctor he man handles elderly patients and rolled his eyes at my grandma because she doenst speak English they give MDs to anyone these days. In addition he was rushing to get her out of the office and refused to answer any questions.
I came here with my little brother his appointment was at 4:30 pm and the doctor stayed in his office not attending my brother and I. The receptionist doesn’t update you on the wait if anything she sits behind the desk just gossiping with her coworker. On top of that the doctor didn’t even take his time either my brother and didn’t give us good service.
Really bad experience. The doctor was really aggressive and couldn't even complete the eye exam. Won't be going back
If I could give zero stars I would. This doctor refused to give me my prescription for my eyeglasses. I didn’t like any of the glasses they had I wanted to go elsewhere and he told me I had to pay $200 more for the prescription if I wanted to take it with me after her already charged my insurance for the visit. Disgusting man. Awful practice. Made a huge scene infront of many people. He and his receptionist are crooks. Don’t waste your time.
This doctors office was wonderful. I was able to get an appointment at a reasonable and accommodating time. The equipment in the office was more advanced then offices I’ve been to in the past which was wonderful and convenient. The assistants were very attentive, listened to concerns and problem as well as the doctor. His review was prompt, as he took time out of his day to locate my old test results and contact the original doctor immediately. I received a call from the doctor, only the next day, and advised me personally. I will be bringing my 15 year old son to this doctor and feel he is very efficient and thorough.
