Crooks! Definitely don't recommend. Called a head to check prices and insurance coverage. Told they accept our insurance on the phone day before and then told after exam they dont take insurance for the exam. $155 out of pocket for an exam my insurance covers at 100 percent. Then printer isn't working and unable to recieve prescription but can wait until end of day for an email?? Sad tjis business takes advantage of people. And then gets defensive when you tell them this isn't what we were told.

The doctor was very nice, and the young lady that did the first part of the eye exam was nice and professional and the exam was reasonable at $45 each but the lady who was in charge of selling the frames got a little huffy after I told her $400 was more than I was willing to pay for a pair of glasses. My wife was also there and it would have been over $800 for both of us. I am all for Contributing to small businesses and the local economy but I am hard-pressed to pay 4 times the amount I can get them online for. And I was not happy that they did not give me the prescription on site and I had to wait 4 days and then call them to email me the info.

I have been using Ram Optical for many years in both the Rockdale and Brenham locations while in college. They are great people who are very helpful and work hard to make the process as easy as possible! Highly recommend!!

An Excellent Optometrist.Got me in and out within an hour. Never any problems with my eyes getting checked here

Bad place to get glasses. I would not recommend. I tried buying local but this place is the worst experience. Good Luck.
