Walmart Vision Center

Terrible service! Each employee tells you something different and nobody is on the same page with anything. They treat you like they could care less about helping you. I have called numerous times and can never seem to get anybody that is somewhat helpful. Finally decided to drive the extra 20 minutes and go to the location in round rock where Anita has been helping me and has been absolutely amazing! I highly recommend driving to the round Rock location if you want good service!

Within 10min of working on ordering new lenses for my frames I ordered online, they cracked and now I can’t use my favorite frames. While I understand since I didn’t order the frames from here, it’s still incredibly disappointing to have had them crack that quickly and nothing can be done about it. And to not feel bad about it happening is even more infuriating.

I brought my husbands glasses in for a repair. Jasmine took them and writhing a few minutes they were back as good as new. She’s so kind and yet professional! A great experience

I was impressed with the amount of frames and affordable prices . Overall the services was outstanding and I recommend this location for all your eye care needs.

Went in today around 4:50 (4 - 27/26) to get my screw retightened, the eye glass specialist dropped everything to come and help me and I very very much appreciated it. Thank you so much!
