I had a really great experience at this location. Rex was extremely kind. I called the day prior to my appointment and he was so patient and so helpful. I was really appreciative of the time he took to help me figure out my insurance, so I knew this would be the right place for me. Yan was amazing as well. He was super helpful and professional and funny. I enjoyed my conversation with both of them prior to my appointment. Dr. Buk was great! She was extremely thorough, professional, and very sweet. She made some great recommendations for me and I could totally see myself coming back here again, as well as referring friends and family. If you need vision care or new specs, I highly recommend this location. Service was top-tier so give them a try!

Had a pretty good experience during my visit. The nice lady behind the desk greeted me and was very helpful and pleasant. The eye doctor was extremely nice and also a pleasure to speak with. She wasn't pushy in trying to upsell me and was very understanding of my situation. I didn't give it 5⭐ only because upon checkout I was informed that my total was $49 when my copay was only $10. I was told that the additional $39 was for the retinal imaging. The issue is that I was never informed of this prior to going back and having the option to decline it as I had done previously. The nice lady did remove the fee so ultimately I was charged correctly, but left with a very slight negative opinion as I felt they tried to pull the wool overy eyes (pun intended 😂). Overall it was a nice visit and id definitely go back.

Dr Buk is quite literally the best eye dr I have ever been too. She is so thorough and makes you feel listened to and never rushed. She also made my mom feel at ease at her first eye dr appt ever. She even found her cataracts. All around great place and such affordable name brand glasses. Also a win I got them in less than a week and they've always taken 2+ elsewhere. Will definitely return

Dr. Buk was attentive, clear, and caring during my eye exam. Lisa was pleasant and kind during the eye tests and imaging. I've enjoyed going here for my eye exams and contacts!

I had a great experience. I got an exam that felt thorough and Dr Buk listened to my issues and worked hard to help me identify solutions in a compassionate and genuine fashion. While I didn’t have vision insurance, the team helped me work a deal that didn’t feel taken advantage of.
