The 2 Stars is for the unexplain extra charges they claim for Hospital fees $300 + , and I had to pay $50+ out of pocket for that too, for which I did not receive any hospital services. My Doctor visit was for my Medicare yearly wellness exam. I was mostly overcharge for that too $600 +, of which medicare usually pay all charges for that, but I was also charged $97.00 out of pocket on that too. (What's going on BS&W?) Are you trying to Rip your patients off? ( I'm 86 years old )...Other than that the service is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ excellent, and my Doctor for over 12+ years are super-! NOTE: I don't think that us patients should be obligated to pay for the rent or leases for the office that the Doctor works from. That's their responsibility!!

Should have taken the other reviews into consideration. Worst patient care I've ever had. 3 weeks after my EEG, following a tonic clonic seizure 5 weeks ago, I can't get my results and the only contact I've had is from the portal messages with the nursing staff. Zero follow up from the position and no one seems to really care. I would strongly recommend avoiding this practice if you really want help.

While my visit to the emergency room was under unfortunate circumstances, the care I received was outstanding and significantly positive. I am particularly grateful to Nurse Yatee, whose kindness and attentive demeanor made me feel genuinely seen and valued. She took considerable time to explain everything thoroughly, and her overall presence was a great comfort. Doctor Brown was also excellent. Both professional and efficient, the doctor provided clear, direct communication and effective treatment that alleviated my pain. I especially appreciate the swift action in processing a referral to a specialist, ensuring a seamless next step in my care. My sincere thanks to both for their exemplary professionalism and compassion during a stressful time.

Avoid this clinic if you value compassion, honesty or basic medical care I have been battling back-to-back UTIs for two whole months and my condition is getting worse, not better. They gave me antibiotics that were resistant to the bacteria so it killed off all the good bacteria and kept the bad. This was not only told to me it was put in writing on the portal by the doctor and I applaud her honesty. As soon as one organism dies a new, stronger one pops up. I have been on different antibiotics all this time - over two months straight. Each organism is different and harder to get rid of. Despite five ER visits in July and multiple attempts to follow up with specialists, I was treated here with outright cruelty and neglect. When I arrived at the urology clinic too dizzy to stand, I asked to sit in a chair. The staff member told me that if I was that sick, I should go to the ER. She refused to let me sit--forcing me to perch on my walker to avoid collapsing. Later, a nurse allowed me to sit in that exact same chair, proving there was never any inconvenience. That was unnecessary cruelty and, in my view, discrimination against my handicap. Worse, the nurse looked me directly in the face and lied. I trusted her at the time, but when I got home and researched, I realized what she said was completely false. She told me that probiotics would "restore all the good bacteria in the days" since I had been taking them. That scared me because if that was the case then it meant something much more serious was wrong because they certainly hadn't. But it was not true. Probiotics may help restore good bacteria after the wrong antibiotics have killed them off, but they can't do that while you have an active UTIs. Antibiotics are needed for that. Ones the bacteria is not resistant to. She knew I was dealing with back-to-back infections--no days between them--for over two solid months - until the last one - that was about 2 or 3 days between. Yet she dismissed my condition with misinformation. Right now, I've been told my UTI bacteria is resistant to only one antibiotic, and that is the one I was given--and it's not working. And I have no way to get help but to go to the ER. The urologist here are worse than incompetent. I feel abandoned, alone, and left to deteriorate. This clinic seems to prefer pushing patients away rather than helping them. To treat someone this way, when they are this sick is shameful. It has also left me having to put off a knee surgery I have been trying to have since 2020. For five years. Update: The next morning I went to the ER since the doctors won't help. Which to me is negligence. The ER did every test they needed and found I had a kidney infection and they got an infectious disease doctor said I never had a UTI, after 10 or more rounds of different antibiotics back to back in a two-and-a-half-month period. The infectious disease doctor said they were going by test only and they had to also go by symptoms; in other words, they just diagnosed based on test not on symptoms. I had no UTI symptoms during any of this. So they released me from the hospital. But the ER and the hospital were outstanding in their care of me. They provided exceptional care. I have no way to even contact the urologist, as they are not in my portal, so I cannot message them at all. I tried to contact patient relations many times, including filling out an online form, and they never got back to me in two months. -A case manager tried to get them to contact me to no avail.

Trying to get an MRI for months, finally get approved but still denied and the nurse actually told me if I wanted to reschedule all of my MRI's. I also talked to the supervisor and she said that she would try to work with me in regards to my situation, so I wind up calling them back a few times with no answer, and then I finally get put on hold for 2 hours at 4 pm, only for me to find out that they closed at 4:30. Never have I felt so disrespected and disregarded in my life. I will be showing back up to the clinic tomorrow, first thing in the morning, and I will be making complaints about the way I have been treated. I have been nothing but respectful and polite to all the employees I meet, and all I get is to be put on hold so the clerk can clock out when it's closing time. I am also incensed at the lack of communication that BS&W have between their departments.
