My wife and I both had our exams here and were impressed by how much time the doctor spent with each of us. He explained things in a way that made us feel informed about our eye health. The office is modern and comfortable, and the staff was great. Parking was easy too, which is always a plus.
My wife and I had been waiting for Silo Eye Care to open so we can make our appointments. We made back-2-back appointments that worked with our schedule. Dr. Patel and his team were super nice when we arrived. I absolutely love what they've done with the space. It's roomy and bright. The receptionist is very nice as well and she made you feel very comfortable. My wife and I will be going back and have also made future appointments for our two children. Also adding, the location of Silo Eye Care is super close to the growing communitys. Which is a HUGE plus. I will be making a comment about the opening in our community chat. Looking forward to seeing Silo Eye care again.
Really impressed with this place. The office is modern and clean, and the exam was way more thorough than what I've had at chain places. The doctor took his time explaining everything and I never felt rushed. Being able to see the images of my own eyes was a nice touch. Definitely coming back!
From start to finish it was great! Booking an appointment on line was Sisley smooth. Had great hospitality as soon as I walked in the door from Ellie. Dr. Patel answered all my questions and was professional and polite! Will be coming again next time I need!
