This place is spectacular for 2 reasons: 1) THE OPTOMETRIST, TINA. She is without a doubt the most caring and informative provider I have ever interacted with and I've been wearing glasses for over 20 years now!! Her customer service is exceptional, to say the least. I feel like I'm at home with how well she takes care of me. She's extremely knowledgeable and can answer all of your questions, her staff is super kind (shout out Mason) and the store is spotless. I actually feel a boost every time I enter the store, no kidding. 2) Nearby food options!! TruBoba Cafe is one of my favorite places to hit up after visiting and it's next door. Taro smoothie with the black tapioca pearls is my go-to and you can't go wrong with their Vietnamese style chicken wings. Their pork bao and bahn mi is also delicious. Enough about that....if you're not into Vietnamese cuisine, you should reconsider....but if you're still not giving it a second chance then there's also burgers, pizza, Mediterranean and donuts along that same strip of establishments. Not to mention night owl bar round rock if you're feeling thirsty... Go ahead and call to make an appointment, you'll be looking forward to visiting as soon as you hang up and confirm that time and date :)

I had such a great experience here! I scheduled my appointment the same morning and they were able to get me in quickly. I arrived a little early to complete paperwork, and I was completely finished with my exam within 30 minutes. Everything was so smooth and efficient. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They made the process easy and comfortable from start to finish. It’s rare to find an office that respects your time while still being thorough and personable. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience at Clearly Eyecare in Round Rock. Dr. To was very nice and patient with me for my eye exam and contact lens fitting. I even went back to adjust and they accommodated me to swap out one lens and took the time I needed to get a perfect fit to improve the clarity of my vision. I highly recommend and will certainly be returning for my future eye care.

Pt2: in response to what Dr.To stated. The issue was not the medical visit. I payed out off pocket having insurance didn't I, your assistant stated it was less if I didn't use Cigna. Therefore, it was evident what appointment I scheduled for. I was well aware it was a medical visit. 1. Your front desk/assistant did not bother to explain what she was doing. Or which goal she was trying to accomplish. Neither did you Dr. To. 2. Why would you, Dr.To tell a 4 year old to stop crying, and not explain what you were doing. 3. Bribing a child with candy, instead of stepping back and analyzing the situation. Obviously dealing with a child takes a different approach. 4.. I had to stop you and your assistant to explain what was going on to my child, who was your client and who deserved an explanation. Child, teen, elderly, etc they all deserve to be equally respected. 5. "Not being able to complete what exactly" your front desk staff stated it was not necessary. 6. the lack of empathy. Thank you, again. Skip this practice if you have children. Terrible, very dissatisfied and disappointed with both the Optometrist and check in staff who assisted with "office visit". They were both very pushy and came across impatient. You can't rush something, someone is PAYING for. Therefore, the quality of care was nothing but disappointing. I was also told that it would be less if I payed out of pocket instead of using my insurance. If you have children I recommend to take them with a practice that focuses in pediatric patients. I had my eye exam here and had a pleasant experience which is why I brought my child but I will also not be back.

Let me just say I am truly amazed with the service I received. I called and they were able to get me in the same day. These days in healthcare it seems like customer service and bedside manners is kind of non existent. I was amazed at how friendly everyone was. Each step was explained to me in a way that I was able to understand definitely 10 out of 10
