They saved the day! My daughter got her lenses popped out they were extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn’t believe how amazing they were. Super appreciative! I also checked out their selection while I was waiting and was super impressed with the frames and prices. Will be back for sure as a customer.
Huge thank you to Palak for fixing my glasses. I lost my screws and walked in to Walmart asking if they could be fixed and he made it happen in less than :5 mins. The exam was incredibly thorough they use advanced imaging that caught things my previous doctor missed. They also helped me find the perfect pair of frames that actually fit my face and style. Professional, modern, and zero stress. 5 stars isn’t enough!
Stephanie, the optician at the Vision Center in Walmart, was absolutely amazing! She fixed my glasses quickly and professionally, and you could tell right away that she really knows what she’s doing. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything fit perfectly before I left. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a great experience because of her attitude and skill. If you need help with your glasses, ask for Stephanie, she truly goes above and beyond for her customers.
I had an excellent experience with this vision specialist. From the moment I arrived, the Palak (the optician; the Manager) was welcoming and organized. He was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. He went above and beyond to also assist my mum. He explained mum’s vision condition clearly and recommended solutions that actually made sense for her lifestyle.I highly recommend Palak who is the Manager to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring eye optician. 🙌🏾😃
