I have been going to Focus Vision & Eye Care for years, and they never disappoint. Everyone is always so nice and goes out of their way to help! During my last visit, I received amazing help picking out my new glasses. I truly appreciated having someone give me honest feedback on what looked good on me and what didn't. It saved me so much time, and I found a great pair that I love. Highly recommend!

Friendly and personable office staff, competent and knowledgeable. The office is comfortable and the wait was an absolute minimum. Dr. Jordan is always thorough in her exam, carefully showing and explaining any changes in my vision. She is friendly and personable with patients and treats her staff with professionalism and respect. It is an appointment I never dread going to and I could highly recommend Focus Vision to anyone who seeks excellent eye care.

I really like the doctor and the staff, they've always been kind, professional, and welcoming. My only concern was the cost and quality of the eyeglass lenses. I paid around $500 for my lenses (I only have a slight astigmatism in one eye), but unfortunately, they didn't feel like they were worth the price. It also seemed like the cost was significantly marked up, even with insurance. While I understand that it can take a couple of weeks to adjust to new lenses, these never felt as crisp or clear as I would normally expect from a new pair of glasses. I was told that if I still had trouble adapting, I would need to have my prescription rechecked by my previous optometrist. Since I wasn't convinced the issue was my prescription, I took the same prescription to Costco and ordered another pair of glasses. The lenses there cost only $85, and the difference was remarkable. They are much clearer, and I can see significantly better with them than with the lenses I received from FOCUS Vision & Eye Care. Based on that experience, I don't believe my prescription was the issue. Instead, it seemed like the lenses themselves were not of the quality or clarity I expected, especially considering the price.

The whole team was great and Dr Thames was so kind and so smart. I was actually lucky enough to get an appointment same day as a new patient (in a cancellation spot) and they were prepared and the paperwork process was a breeze. Very happy to have been referred to Dr Thames and the whole team.

Recently started seeing Dr. Thames after she was highly recommended by my prior optometrist who retired. Love Dr. Thames and her patience in answering all questions and giving great information and insight into ongoing eye problems. She's a great source for regular optometry needs as well as fulfilling the need for someone who has the expertise and equipment to deal with dry eye problems. The entire staff at Focus Vision has been a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful in whatever way needed.
