Great doc. Really took the time to throughly test my eyes. Diagnosed 3 different problems. Had been having unexplained headaches for a bit. Didn’t realize my eyes could be the issue. Turns out they were. Thanks to doc my headaches are gone.

So the first time I went to him he was very thorough with my exam. I had to come back on a Saturday for a retna exam was told first come first serve. They don't take appointments. I was standing in front of his office for 1.5 hours and place wasn't open yet. Like no sense of urgency. I don't get it.
If I could give this doctor 0 stars I would. My mother (God rest her soul) had him during the 1990s. My had cataract in one eye. Did cataract surgery back in 1990. Few years later the lens slipped and she was in so much pain. While in the hospital, they wanted to remove the eye. My sister and I said no until we got a second opinion. We did bring her to that second opinion . She was in Manhattan. She said that there is no need to remove the eye. The slipping of the lens could've been prevented. My mom sued and she won.
Worst service ever!!! Do not go here, I don't even know how this place is in business. Dr. Muttana doesn't know how to use his own machines and his techniques are very out dated. I went for a simple eye exam on 7/23/16. He examined me for nearly 2 hours because he couldn't figure out the machine. They said they would order trial contracts for me, 1 month later I find out they aren't even ordered. Then I ask for my contacts and glasses prescription but can only find my glasses prescription. I don't know what kind of circus is being run here. All I have to say is worst experience and avoid at all costs.
Dr. Muttana is extremely personable. He remembers everyone who comes to his office and he provides sufficient time to attend to concerns. He's been my eye doctor for over 8 years and I have no complaints.
