The associate that helped me was very insightful, so much she sold me on those $480 meta glasses.

Liz (if I remember her name correctly) at the Ray‑Ban Hudson Yards store was incredible! She was so patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I came in thinking I had an appointment for the regular AI glasses, but she explained the Meta ones and walked me through everything without making me feel overwhelmed. Even though I didn’t buy the Meta glasses, she helped me find the perfect style for the gen 2, gave honest opinions, and even helped me set up Klarna. She was down‑to‑earth, kind, and made the whole experience amazing. Highly recommend seeing Liz!
I came to this store to put my wife on the waiting list for the Meta smart glasses. I am already a customer and have personally made purchases from Ray-Ban before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. While I was waiting, one of the employees apparently thought I was on hold and started making jokes about me with her coworkers. It was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional, especially in a retail environment where customers should be treated with respect. They said the employee’s name was Isa, which may be short for Isabelle.” I didn’t say anything at the moment because I wasn’t sure if I had heard correctly, but it left a very bad impression. I expected better customer service from a brand like Ray-Ban, and I hope management addresses this kind of behavior so other customers don’t experience the same treatment.
I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses for my son’s birthday, and the experience was outstanding. Christy, the representative who helped us, went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect pair. She took the time to check both in-store and online options and didn’t stop until she found exactly what my son was looking for. If it weren’t for her dedication and willingness to help, we probably would not have made the purchase. Her customer service truly made the difference. Because of this experience, I will definitely be telling my friends about this store, and we will absolutely be back to purchase another pair. Thank you, Christy!
My sales rep Justin 779766 was very knowledgable, professional, and helpful. I could not of asked for a better in store experience than what I experienced. I could tell that Justin was well trained and cared about his representation of the brand.
