I was thoroughly impressed by the knowledge & hospitality of the staff, especially James, when I went to buy my Meta Display. They even allowed me in & cleared all my doubts despite being half an hour late for my appointment. However, as the main store for purchasing smart glasses, it is rather preposterous that the store doesn’t have its own Wifi for setting up new devices. This is especially a problem for international visitors like me who don’t have abundant access to data.

Hm...don't know how I feel about this one. I ordered some prescription glasses online and selected pickup at store so that the store could make any adjustments to make it fit my face well. I gave them my order number and then this asian gentleman with glasses just basically hands be the whole cardboard box. First of all - where is the service? where is a BAG to put this box in? I said "oh, I wanted to try them out first just to make sure it fits well." so then he opens the cardboard box and then I try it on. The glasses were tight around the temples so I asked him if he could help adjust them. He says: "since you ordered it online we can't make any changes to them" and I asked "you can't even adjust the tightness around the temples?" and he replied: "no like if the prescription is wrong or you break them." I responded "that's fine I just want the arms adjusted so its not that tight." He took out a plier tool to adjust the arms a bit so they weren't as tight but I felt like I was just a nuisance. There were also 2 other employees just standing around talking about ordering lunch and what they wanted to order and I was just like ??? Super unprofessional to be honest.
I stopped by this Ray Ban store while waiting for my wife when she was shopping next door at Sephora. I don't wear Ray Ban sunglasses but wanted to look at their aviator style sunglasses. This store is not that big inside but it works for them. They have a lot of different style sunglasses on display and a worker told me that they are all unisex. Also keep in mind that Ray Ban is a luxury brand so you'll play more for their sunglasses.
I’m a loyal ray ban customer for like 15 years already. But it’s my first time seeing unethical and rude customer service by Justin (well, he said his name is Justin, he looks Asian and he wears glasses). He didn’t let me record how he was speaking to me, but if I were a manager of this store, I would wonder to watch the store video on Tuesday, May 12th, around 7:25-7:40pm and educate staff on basic ethics. Even though I bought a lot of glasses from this brand, it was my first return. So not really sure if that’s the staff who was so rude or if this is how the brand treat customers. Hope it’s not the brand, but just untrained or poorly selected staff.
Justin and other staff were great. I had tons of questions regarding the Meta glasses. They were very patient, even when my husband was calling me to ask a new question they had no problem. I appreciate their patience and willingness to help. Overall a great experience. Drove an hour away just to come to the nearest Ray-Ban store.
