I had a great experience shopping here with salesman Nathaniel! I came in to learn more about Meta glasses as a potential birthday gift for my wife. Nathaniel did a great job making sure I was fully informed WITHOUT any pressure to buy or upselling or any sales tactics. It allowed me to make a comfortable and informed decision and was a big reason I decided to purchase them that day.

Outstanding customer service from the wonderful associate, Alec. He was very welcoming, polite, personable, professional, and exert in the straightening of a new pair of sunglasses, which I had unwearably bent. Alec repaired the glasses, whie maintaining a friendly conversation about inventory, styles, and care of my glasses. Alec is a treasure. Thank you RayBan, Bellevue, for a fabulous experience.

I had an excellent experience at the Ray-Ban store thanks to Nathan. He has helped us multiple times with our kids’ glasses — which, as with most kids, often need adjustments and repairs — and he has always been patient, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. He also assisted me with sending my own glasses for service, again with great disposition and efficiency. What really stands out is how quickly they solve problems. In just a few minutes, our glasses were adjusted and felt almost new again. When you have something as easy to break as glasses, it makes a huge difference to have a store that can help you the same day and solve the issue on the spot. Honestly, experiences like this make me want to keep buying our glasses at Ray-Ban. The service is consistently friendly, professional, and reliable. Highly recommended.

Ray-Bans are my favorite Designer Brand sunglasses. They are the highest end of Luxury within its class. I had a great experience visiting for the First time. Nathan the Store Manager & Staff were Super friendly showing me around. The store is Well Designed along with their product placement. I highly recommend if you are wanting some new Designer Sunglasses. Thank you and God Bless Bellevue Square Ray-Ban!

I've never purchased glasses at this store before. While I'm a fan of Ray-Bans, I've always bought my sunglasses elsewhere or online. I decided to stop by to look for new sunglasses, and Alec was very helpful and knowledgeable about various Ray-Ban models. While I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, I decided to buy a pair of Erika Classic sunglasses. After a few days, I realized I didn't really like these sunglasses, so I decided to return them or exchange them for another pair. When I visited the store again, I couldn't return them because their computer system was down. According to the staff, the system had been down all day. Today, I tried again. I visited the store, and a staff member told me I couldn't return the sunglasses without the original packaging. I had the case, cleaning cloth, and all the documents, but not the silver cardboard box. I think I threw it away and don't even remember. At first, I thought it was a joke or a misunderstanding, but no. After mentioning that expecting customers to keep cardboard boxes wasn't feasible, the salesperson insisted that without the original packaging, specifically the silver cardboard box, I couldn't return the sunglasses. I couldn't believe it. The salesperson told me I could check with the store manager, so I asked for the manager. He wasn't there; he had left earlier and wouldn't be back until next week. Great. How is this possible in 2024? How does a brand like Ray-Ban have such a shortsighted return policy when so many competitors offer returns and exchanges without such restrictions? I've been a fan of this brand for a long time, but experiences like this, which should be pleasant, end up being much worse than purchasing or returning items online. It's very unfortunate. Many brands have more flexible return policies, which enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. For example, companies like Nordstrom and Amazon have generous return policies that prioritize customer convenience. Studies show that flexible return policies can increase customer retention and satisfaction. By reconsidering their return policies, Ray-Ban can improve the overall customer experience and align with modern consumer expectations. As for me, I will keep my existing Ray-Bans, but I am not returning to this or any other Ray-Ban store. It's just not worth it.
