Very accommodating. I had my appt time mixed up and they worked with me no problem! Everyone was super friendly. I was nervous bc I haven’t had an eye exam ever, I felt very comfortable. They educated me on my vision and helped me pick a pair of glasses that suited me well. I really appreciate the service and friendly environment.
I was seeing another practice for close to 7 years now. But as I was reading good reviews about RayEye and it is very close to me, I thought of giving a try. And they were open on a Saturday which is convenient. As soon as I entered I was impressed by the well designed office ambience. Dr. Kaur was very detailed and answered all of my questions meticulously. She gave very detailed responses considering that I ask a lot of questions. And to top it all my previous practice charged me 35$ for additional vision tests but Dr. Kaur took more time looking into my eyes without any additional charges. Overall I highly recommend this practice. I didn’t get my prescription glasses but I checked their glasses and frames. High quality products with a wide selection. No pressure in selling anything to me.
This is the best Optometry Clinic with the best Optometrist. The exam was through and informative. Dr. Kaur addressed my concerns for dry eyes. I'm looking forward to returning back for dry eyes treatment and her upcoming eyelid cleaning service. She took great care of my kids' exam as well. The clinic aesthetics is calm and peaceful. Highly recommend. I'll be returning for all my eye care needs.
The best experience in Austin so far. I had an emergency situation of some acute pain in my eye on last Friday, I called a few clinics and either doctors were not there or they wouldn’t accept walk in. Then I found RayEye and gave them a call, they told me to come by and helped me immediately. Things worked well and my pain got mitigated. Then I scheduled an eye exam today it went well too.
Beautiful office, and amazing staff. Very understanding and very quick, which I can appreciate. Haven’t had an eye exam in way too long (just not a Dr person) and this visit made me okay with coming yearly lol. Found my Eye Doctor home🫶🏼
