I recently visited Raymond’s Optician and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, yet not time consuming. The lady working in the front was extremely helpful when it came to choosing frames. I never felt rushed and she gave me some recommendations on what would suit my face. Everything was ready in about two weeks. I’d definitely recommend going there for your eye care needs.
Very satisfied with the service at this location. The staff was knowledgeable and up to date on insurance coverage Genesis, in particular, was very friendly and took the time to help me pick out the perfect glasses for my face. There are also a wide variety of options. I would highly recommend this location.
Been going there for the past 15 or so years. This year they have new people working in the store. No where near as friendly, professional, or even nice. They called today to let me know my new prescription glasses were in. I told them I was on my way. When I got there she acted like it was an inconvenience and took forever to come back with my glasses. The previous staff was very friendly, kind and professional. My family and I will be going go the Poughkeepsie location from now on
Lousy service. I feel like I am inconveniencing them by going there. When my wife's glasses were ready they never called. When I called to see if mine were ready the woman behind the counter gave me a stank attitude. In the past, getting your glasses they sat you down, checked you out made sure it was good. Now she basically handed them to me asked me if I like them and that was it. I felt by going there I was interrupting their day. Service here really sucks now. Mind you I have been with Raymond Opticians for 20 years now. This is the worst it has ever been.
My friend recommended this place and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been struggling with my vision, and they so kindly helped me figure out the issue after years of being dismissed by other eye doctors. Not to mention, Nicole took the time to help me figure out what glasses would fit my face shape. I’ll be recommending Raymond Opticians to all my friends and family.
