Had a really great first experience buying glasses here. The ladies there took the time to explain how progressive lenses would feel. I had had a weird rough patch on my frames that they took care of no problem. They offered other solutions if they still didn't feel right. I'll definitely be back.
This was an incredible experience all around! I highly suggest Optical Fashions. The staff was courteous, professional and catered to my needs. So many choices and options not like other places. My friend suggested Optical Fashions and I am so glad I listened to her advice. I LOVE my new glasses!
Had glasses one week. Did not fit correctly headache,nose and ears hurt. Had to visit 4 times before any results. Made me feel it was my fault after spending over 1000. for pair of glasses. In the end they did make good . The poor person that would not have spoke up would have been taken .. Poor customer service if it had to take 4 times to resolve. Would not recommend !!

Eye care has been a critical path for me since an early life accident which ultimately led to blindness and ultimate removal of one eye. Little of the trauma and life long care associated with my original injury have been challenging due to a my learned personal path of finding not only professionally qualified providers, but those who listen listen to their patient. My recent dissatisfaction with declining services of a glasses and lens provider of several years led me to Optical Fashions in Fishkill, NY. I had recently purchased new frames and lenses out of town. Upon their arrival ten days later, I was unable to use the new glasses due to problems with the one functional lens. No problem with the provider as return of the frame and lens with new frame replacement was done quickly, without any problem and with all appropriate price changes. From the moment Tammy at Optical Fashions started review of my needs I realized not only her professional skills but understood her personal regard for comprehensive individual service. Upon receipt and welcomed fitting of the frame and new lens (es) I was a pleased at the improved functionality of the 'channel'; its location is critical to comprehensive (a bit learned) vision. Two days later on a moon lit walk with my wife and the dogs, I was overwhelmed by the scope of vision, unhindered not only by the new style of frame, but by the clarity and sharpness of vision. Probably hard to comprehend for many, but suddenly the widened scope of clear and sharp vision made me sense remembered vision with both eyes. This remains true today, moonlit or sunny day. I hope this (rather long) story about the qualitative, personal attention that Tammy and the professional, focused mission of Optical Fashions hits home in your consideration of their service.
