This was my first time here as someone had recommended me and the ratings and the reviews sold me on coming here. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants and to the doctor himself who were all very nice and professional Doctor Powell was very thorough with his exam and explained to me what was going on with my eyes which I kind of knew and what exactly needed to be done ( Darn Cataracts ) Thank you Doctor Powell and the whole staff for making me feel welcome. I will definitely continue to use them and will recommend them to anyone that will need eye care. Thank you 😁

I had to change eye Drs due to insurance after being at the same one for over 10 yrs. I walked in and scheduled an appt, everyone was super nice. Very clean. I was able to get an appt for 2/3 weeks which was fine I even was able to get a 6pm appt. I went yesterday and everyone was super nice, Dr Chin I had was super knowledgeable and caring. I did look at new glasses as well, I did not buy but will probably be back soon. Will definitely be recommending.

After initially liking this office I quickly realized how poor the communication was within the office and with parents of kid patients. They messed up my child's eye drop prescription (claiming they called it in - but did not and then were dishonest about the mistake) , did not have the contact samples they said they would get for us and when I called seeking for clarity I was given a bunch of (different and confounding) excuses and no one apologized until I spoke to the office manager. They mailed the samples finally , which were then lost in the mail (?) and claimed they weren't responsible for them getting lost .. kind of a nightmare to deal with honestly.

I went to another eye doctor in 2025 that took my insurance, and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I was so unhappy with that experience. I lost my insurance and have to pay out of pocket now. So I said, If I am going to get an eye exam, I am going to where I know I was cared for, the right way. Thank you for the years of care for me and my family. I am happy to be back.
