I cannot say enough good things about Rachel Graham at Lamb Medical. I've been seeing her for a few years now, and even while I was in school in South Carolina, I always made time to come back because she's simply the best. I usually get her custom facial, and she always does what's best for my skin. I leave every appointment feeling refreshed, glowing, and so much less congested. She genuinely cares about helping you achieve your best skin and never pushes unnecessary treatments or expensive products. Rachel is honest, realistic, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly cares about you as a person. I would recommend her to everyone!

I’m leaving this review to help others make an educated decision before saying yes to MiraDry. I’ve read many reviews from people who had positive experiences, but unfortunately, mine was not one of them. I had this procedure done in 2023, and now, in 2026, I still experience pain in my armpits that I never had before the procedure. My experience was complicated from the beginning. At my initial appointment, the nurse performing the procedure was newly trained on the machine. I went through the entire numbing process, she was able to treat a few areas, and then the machine malfunctioned. I had to return a few weeks later and go through the numbing process and treatment all over again. The procedure itself was extremely painful for me, and the swelling afterward was severe. My armpits were so swollen that I could barely put my arms down. After going through all of that twice, the treatment ultimately did not work for me. My armpits are still very sweaty, and I now also experience significant sweating on my back, which was never an issue for me before. I’m leaving three stars because the ladies who treated me were very kind and apologetic, and Dr. Lamb even gave me a half-price discount because of the inconvenience caused by the machine malfunction. I don’t blame the staff for the malfunction or for the way my body responded to the treatment, and I understand that many people have had great results with MiraDry. My intention with this review isn’t to discourage everyone from having the procedure or from visiting Dr. Lamb’s office. I just feel that after still experiencing pain and other issues three years later, it’s important to share my experience. I would encourage anyone considering MiraDry to really research the procedure, including the potential side effects and the fact that results can vary, before deciding if it’s right for them.

Dr. Lamb and her amazing staff have been treating many of our family members for a very long time. I have the utmost confidence in their medical knowledge and truly appreciate their kindness and caring.
