As an engineer, I tend to ask a lot of technical questions, and Dr. Seraly exceeded every expectation. Her depth of knowledge extends far beyond the equipment itself. She has an impressive understanding of the physiology of the eye, retina, and the underlying science behind every aspect of diagnosis and treatment. It's evident that she is deeply dedicated to her field and committed to staying at the forefront of ophthalmic care. Her staff deserves equal praise. Everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. While waiting, I observed the way they interacted with other patients, and each person was treated with patience, kindness, and respect. Combined with the welcoming, beautiful office, the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Dr. Seraly was great, and her staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They utilize the latest technology and are very helpful. The office is beautiful and they have a nice selection of glasses. They even helped pick out a flattering pair for me. Very happy with this practice and so thankful I found them first.

Dr. Seraly was very thorough and explained every part of the exam along the way as well as answering any questions that I had. Her staff were all very polite and welcoming as a new patient. They have some of the newest equipment that I have ever seen at an optometrist and I feel like I can see more clearly with my new exam/prescription than my previous eye exams at a retail chain optometrist. She listens to my concerns and answers any questions I have in addition to being very thorough with the eye exam. I recently had an issue with one of my eyes and she was able to see me the following morning when I called late afternoon the day prior.
