Ive been going to The Eye Gallery for years they offer exceptional service, quality products and a professional atmosphere. There opticians are friendly and great to deal with. You may think with all of this great service and professionalism there pricing would be through the roof, it's not, they have some of the best prices on named brands around. Sometimes in fact it is less expensive to deal direct with them than going through your own insurance company! Needless to say I will be there in two hours to pick up my new frames. Update 4/15/22 just purchased another pair of 🤓.

They canceled my appointment and tried to make me reschedule for a whole different day even though there wasn't a soul there—completely empty.

My wife and I have been clients and pleased with the quality and service of the Eye Gallery for years. Last year we moved to South Carolina. In South Carolina I had my eyes examined and was given a new prescription. I had new glasses made and was not happy with the results. We returned to the Pittsburgh area this past June to attend a wedding and I took the opportunity to have my new prescription filled at the Eye Gallery. And I am not disappointed! While there the glasses from South Carolina were finally properly adjusted. I provided my old frames and new prescription and asked they be sent to me in South Carolina when completed. I need to add the cost for the refurbished fame and new lenses was extremely reasonable. My “new” glasses arrived in the mail yesterday and I am ecstatic. Eye Gallery…you have gone above and beyond. Great people, quality work, great prices. I highly recommend this business.

Went and got my eyes tested next issues with UPMC/NVA finalized next ok glasses in seven to ten days ring up must wait till another month. Will cancel and go elsewhere
