A wonderful experience considering I broke down for glasses. From start to finish I was at ease and the eye Dr.Shelly Tam Nguyen was beyond thorough. Front desk girl made everything clear and helpful with me picking my glasses that made me happy! Their new location is gorgeous Highly recommend them no where else for me!!

The entire process was very streamlined and transparent, from check-in to the exam itself. The technology in the office is impressive. I have never had such a thorough eye exam before. The doctor took the time to really fine tune my prescription, and my vision has never been this clear. It was obvious they were focused on accuracy and not rushing through the appointment. What stood out most was how clearly the doctor explained the overall health of my eyes. I was able to see detailed images of my retina and actually understand what they meant. It was reassuring to walk away knowing exactly where my eye health stands. Excellent experience at Redefined Eyecare. Kayla was super patient, answered all my questions, and very helpful in the process to make sure I made informed decisions for my glasses and sunglasses. Top notch service -- as Kayla arranged for alternate frame options to be brought in to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back - and bringing the family in when it's time to update their eyewear.
