I was highly skeptical, but my visit to RRH Eye Care completely blew me away. They easily earn a full 5 stars from me. The positive experience began at check in with a very polite and professional receptionist. The waiting room itself was pristine, bright and spacious with plenty of seating. My wait time was less than 20 minutes before Maureen, the technician, called me in. She was wonderful and immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr Emily was just as wonderful and attentive. She conducted a very thorough examination without ever making me feel rushed. To top off a great visit, I got the excellent news that my prescription is exactly the same (so no guide dogs required just yet!). I was given some multifocal contact lenses as a trial which are working for me. RRH Eye Care deserves way more than 3.3 stars! I am so glad I ignored the low rating. I highly recommend this team and will be back in a heartbeat! Thank you!!!

The front receptionist and the lady in the optical area are very RUDE! The hours are not working-class friendly. No Saturday hours to pick out and pick up glasses is ridiculous. It’s very unfortunate because I like my doctor. I would not recommend this place.
I think it’s ridiculous that the optical department is closed on Saturdays. It’s hard to take off work to pick up glasses. The glasses/lenses are overpriced too. The doctor is very nice but that’s where it ends. I wouldn’t recommend them for glasses.
I'd stay far away from this company. My son had an eye exam, whereby the doctor said his prescription had changed slightly. He got a pair of glasses, picked them up, but was not asked at the time how effective they were. He told the gentleman that he could not see properly, and was told to give it time. He said wear them for a month, and if you still have issues, make another appointment-----ridiculous, but that's what we did. Today, he went in, and was told the prescription was correct, but that there was an issue with his right eye. Was told to make yet another appointment with the doctor. In addition, the staff were not cordial or helpful. We are not making another appointment; we are going to America's Best, and hopefully, we will find out the issue, and get him new lenses so he will be able to see properly. When I told various people we were going to Reed, they warned me not to; I wish I had listened.
I would give the old gentleman that helped me a five stars. He was very polite and great communication, as well as being patient because of my Insurance, although Donna, who I believe is optician or maybe a receptionist. Not quite sure. I felt she was very rude and uncalled for her demeanor was very poor
