Al the owner is a great guy. Can’t say enough about the service and kindness radiating from this business. Honest and patience go a long way and they have this in abundance. The wife and I have been going here for years and years and have never gone anywhere else because why go anywhere else? Always had a great time and experience here Hard to comment on the price of their products. Prices are fair, in the middle maybe? (I actually have no idea), but my point is that the quality of the staff and atmosphere and everything else makes going here an easy decision. It’s nice knowing you’re putting your money towards good people too you know.

My husband and I went into Sterling Optical today for an updated exam and glasses for myself and a first time eye exam for him! From start with making the appointment with Tristan to finish with Ashley fitting my husband's glasses perfectly, it was wonderful! Our glasses were done in an hour (which shocked me because I've always waited a week) and we are both looking into 2026 with fresh eyes! I can't thank you all enough for the wonderful visit and the optometrist, truly amazing and makes you feel heard! You can't beat the service this location offers. Keep up the amazing job Sterling Optical, see you in 12 months! 😎

I don’t usually leave posts, but when a place is so helpful I just had to. Sterling is the only place I will go for my glasses! Everyone is wonderful - especially Al and Ashley who helped me recently. I have a hard time adjusting to new prescriptions due to my astigmatism, but they were so patient, kind and knew how to adjust my frames so they were just right. I am so grateful for all they did to get me comfortable in my new prescription. Highly recommended!

I brought my mom here to Sterling because she was persistent that there was "something" that can help her see, while facing the realization of recently being diagnosed as legally blind. The owner Allen, Dr Outinen and the young lady at the desk were all awesome. Dr Outinen took the time to explain where she is with her vision and what her options are. I highly recommend.

A very stressful morning made so much better by Ashley!!! Earlier today I accidentally stepped on my glasses and I heard a CRUNCH sound! My glasses were severely bent and one side barely hanging on. I didn't have a lot of hope anything could be done but really didn't want to have to get a whole new pair. I took the broken glasses in to Sterling Optical in Greece (where I had purchased them) and Ashley immediately assisted me, no wait whatsoever! She clearly presented all my options- one being she would do her best to just fix them. I chose that option and she did a phenomenal job. They feel and fit like new. No wait, no charge, and expert, professional service. What more can you ask for? Thanks Ashley and Sterling Optical!
