A review for the opticians 😎 I dont know how to edit my last review, but i would like to add an additional comment, my son and i went back the following day and met with the same optician that we saw the day before. She was insanely sweet and helpful and kind to us. She said she had a little boy too and she understood why my son was so upset when he first found out he needed glasses for the first time. She helped us find him the perfect pair, even though it took him over an hour. Honestly, her kindness makes me want to only see her again for him. She offered funny stickers, recommendations for glasses, and even gave us a jaw dropping deal. We appreciate her so much, i wish i remembered her name. Highly recommend seeing her if ever needed!

I have been to visions works quite a few times. It has gone down hill. They set me up with a telemed appt. The glasses I purchased and paid extra for thin lenses (which were not the thin lenses when I picked them up) were not the correct prescription. I came back two times all to be told by the doctor, I cannot be seen by her bc I originally had telemed.. why would they not schedule me with the original doc I saw? The one lady at the desk (Looga) was extremely rude. After going back and forth with her about the thickness of the lenses, and showing my other two glasses with thin lenses compared to the ones I had just purchased, I requested a refund. She refunded the glasses and the lenses, but refused to refund my eye exam even though it was done by ai and telemed which ended up giving me a prescription that looked like I was looking through drunk goggles. I will not be returning here, and I recommend saving yourself the nonsense. Very disappointing.

I've been going to this location for years! It's the same doctors and staff, so there is continuity in service and knowledge of your particular situation. They quickly learn the ins and outs of your insurance to optimize your benefits. Or, offer huge discounts if paying out-of-pocket. I highly recommend Empire Visionworks. I can promise you will be pleased!

Picked up glasses from them a couple months ago. They were great until they got my money. No follow-up whatsoever.. The rating is primarily because the afternoon/evening checkout dude just handed me my glasses. No adjustments...no cleaning solution or towel. I asked if they give them out anymore and he just said no...didn't sit down with me at all...I just told him they feel fine after trying them on walked out. Ill go elsewhere next year when I need to upgrade to bifocals

Always have a great experience here. Staff are very kind. Tania is great. She really helped me out today and I appreciate it very much
