Excellent customer service, very helpful and professional, beautiful selection of glasses at great prices, accepts my EyeMed insurance that other places did not accept. I give them an A+ !

I go to the LensCrafters on W. Ridge Rd. in Rochester, New York. I have been working with Kim who is the store manager. First of all, Kim is extremely professional and personable. I had a very frustrating issue with a prescription from my eye doctor that just wasn’t working. Kim worked with me for over four months to straighten this problem out. She was patient, supportive and determined to find a resolution. In a world where Customer Service is not necessarily the priority, Kim gets a 10 out of five in this area. This alone will keep me coming back to LensCrafters. I can’t thank Kim enough!

I had a positive experience with a walk-in visit to find frames for prescription sunglasses. I was able to explore on my own for about 5 minute before someone offered to assist me. I found a suitable and affordable frame option and am currently waiting for the lenses to be installed. I was told it will take about a week and they will text me when the glasses are ready. Overall a positive experience.

Ms. Stephanie at store 151 was outstanding and the staff there very professional. I ordered Ray-Ban AI Glasses from the Meta Store which was a big mistake. They do not have customer service you can talk to. If it wasn’t for reaching out to Ray-Ban I would’ve been screwed. Meta Store screwed up my prescription lens and only offered me a refund. With the refund I would've had to wait 5-7 business days for my refund then reorder my glasses. Ray-Ban sent me a letter by email and offered me an exchange including my prescription if I went to a LensCrafters. I went into the store today and Stephanie helped me out. I was in & out until 10mins. She read my letter placed an order for my new glasses. The best part I was able to keep my current glasses while I wait on the new ones. I damaged my glasses and they were sitting at a 45° angle on my face. Pretty hard to see the world that way! I went to one place and they told me the glasses were “so broken they can’t be fixed.” Lynn at LensCrafters in the Greece Ridge Center Mall was kind and helpful and fixed my glasses so they are wearable. She was a marvel, and a truly lovely person. I am SO GRATEFUL!!
