Reflections Eyecare

I had a great experience. My last eye exam at a different business was horrible and I didn’t have another in the last 3 years. I’m happy with the results today. Ashley took her time answering all my questions. Dr was very nice and informative. Her exams are thorough.

I did a walk in for an eye exam at Reflection Eyecare. Andre greeted me friendly and warm. He was able to get me in to see the doctor within 20 minutes as a walk in. The doctor on staff is great as well. Adrea helped me price and purchase two pair of lenses for my current frames. Glasses came back perfect! The entire staff is great and appreciative of your business!! They encourage you to come back if you have any issues. I would definitely recommend reflections Eyecare!

Great staff, great service great prices. From the moment I called in I knew this was the place for me despite the distance! Leila at the front desk was absolutely amazing and helped me find my perfect frame! My optometrist Dr. Hashimi was also fantastic and super funny, she explained how everything worked (the machines), how to keep my eyes health and made me super comfy for the exam. Also- They have some really great deals going right now also so I’d definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking.

Dr. Hashimi is great. Only reason for the 3 stars. For eyewear purchases though, I'll not be returning after being a customer for years. 0 stars. The practice leader who helped me with glasses purchases many times previously was professional, effective and friendly- he left the business a year or so ago. My recent experience in trying to update my prescription readers lenses was defining. I spoke to the new person handling such things about that after my (good) visit with Dr. Hashimi. I was to drop off my old pair and he would look into the lens replacement. At that point I wouldn't say new guy was unpleasant or in any way rude, but he was not particularly communicative or energetic about what I suppose must have been an ankle biter request. I didn't think much of it at the time. I dropped off the glasses a few days later and the receptionist advised she would make sure new guy got them. Then... after several calls and one stop by to get the pricing and status over the next 3 weeks, new guy was never available ("at lunch", "on a break"), but he was "working on it" and would call me back with the price, etc. The receptionist was pleasant when I called. Finally today over 3 weeks I came by to pick up the glasses that I was pretty sure nothing happened with. It took a while for the staff and new guy to find out what happened to the glasses and figure out where they were (just stashed somewhere, nothing done with them). After at least 10 minutes new guy eventually found them. I was polite and said it wasn't an issue, I knew they must be slammed. I'll just take them elsewhere. I politely reminded them of the efforts I'd made just to get a follow up. New guy's attitude: bored, at best, annoyed, possibly. Hard to tell since he was wearing rainbow mirrored sunglasses. He handed me the glasses, I said thanks and left. He stayed silent, no apology, nothing.

I love this practice and eye doctor. I’m always greeted with a team of smiles and friendly hellos. The staff is so knowledgeable, available and there’s never a wait time. I’ve been a patient now for 4 years and would highly recommend Doctor Hashimi and the absolutely wonderful staff if you are looking g for a new practice and optometrist.
