Dr. Kanoff is great. He takes his time with you, he is very thorough and thoughtful. You are seen quickly and moved through the process efficiently, but he takes him time with you . I have never felt never rushed. Angela, Michelle and the rest of the staff there is also great. They’re smart, clearly know what they’re doing and do it well. They’re kind, personable and efficient . I recommend this practice to everyone.
Dr Sanoff was wonderful. Really great staff, good prices and the optometrist was also great. I have been other places that did not instill much confidence in me but this was not the case with this practice. I felt like I was in good hands. The insurance was adequately explained also. I highly recommend them.
I’ve been there multiple times. From this year onwards, they want an additional $100 “towards the deductible” on top of the $60 copay. Update: had to call my insurance and make them talk to the receptionist and then email them a document saying that no copay was required. They just want 100 bucks “towards the deductible” no matter what. I asked them what would happen if I had paid the 100 bucks even though my insurance didn’t need it and they had no response.
A very pleasant experience. Receptionist was lovely & most accommodating. Dr. Kanoff also had a wonderful bedside manner. A lovely visit overall.
Dr. Martinez was kind, cheerful, and described everything to me before she did it. The staff was also very nice and put me at ease. I needed an emergency appointment and was able to get in the next morning. I would definitely recommend.
