To be truthful I'm a little sad I sit and wait for my appointment just to feel like it's rushed. And it's been like that in a lot of eye doctor places doctor was nice and friendly cleaning facility was cleaning receptionists are cleaning I think a little bit more listening with the better doctoring. Have a prescription like I said I felt rushed made me feel uneasy and I hope these glasses work.
Uplifting visit,very encouraging & comfortable environment. I Greatly appreciate Dr. DeSimone,everyone showed patience with me. Everyone took time to listen to me,from beginning to end. Rarely does the physicians' visit make my day. I felt better leaving this office than when I walked in to appt.

Every eye care professional I met at Refocus Eye Health treated me extremely well. My questions were answered immediately and my answers to the questions I was asked were carefully recorded after clarification whenever necessary. They took their time with my treatment and took every opportunity to guarantee my optimal comfort. As we entered one of the various rooms for my testing, a staff member was already present within that room. She was just finishing a final wipe down of the room's equipment with alcohol pads. My technician automatically wiped all of those surfaces which my skin would come into contact with AGAIN, very thoroughly as well. She just smiled at me and said, "It's always smart to be sure about cleanliness, right?" I happily concurred!! Thanks.
I took my Dad here for an eye exam. We arrived on time for the appointment but were delayed in seeing the doctor over a copay. I was not made aware of the copay ahead of time. The front desk took over 45 minutes to process the copay payment. I used a Care Credit card. My Dad is over 88 years old. He can’t sit on uncomfortable chairs for that long. He had a lot of difficulty getting up. Then when we were finally going back for the exam. They had him walk down a long hallway to the very last room. Meanwhile we walked past many empty rooms. I will never go back to this doctor’s office again.
