I love Dr. Moore! He has made me feel comfortable going to the eye doctor ever since I first got contacts as an eighth grader. I can get anxious going to doctors, but not here ☺️
Ive called twice in January and once in February and I get the same message.. closed, if you'd like to make an appt. Press 1. I've left two messages and never had e gotten a call back. Time to go elsewhere I suppose. Shame because I absolutely love Dr. Moore!
I haven’t had glasses in 10 years and was nervous to go back because of my first experience at a different clinic. Dr Moore and his staff were so nice and friendly, the exam went well and they explained everything they were doing and listened whole heartedly! Even when it came to picking out my frames, the girls boosted my confidence at my choice of frames I found. I definitely recommend this clinic and their staff!!
My husband and I have been a patient with Dr. Moore for years now. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable! Dr. Moore goes above and beyond to answer questions and make you feel comfortable. He takes time to explain what is going on and how the next step will be.
Over the years I have managed to purchase three pairs of glasses. Never was really quite satisfied serious this last time I’ve had to take them back and they’re still not right. From what I gather they use cheap plastic lenses. I still can’t see out of these glasses. I made it clear the kind of glasses that I need because I wear bifocals. Needless to say I will never go back to this place again and I had to revert back to my old glasses just in order to be able to read.
