Renner Eye Care

Dr Renner is and has been my eye doctor for many years. I have always appreciated his good care and concern about my eye problems. I am glad he has taken the big step to go out on his own. He seems to be excited about it. Everyone is polite and helpful. He will do well.

Dr. Hauser was great! She was very attentive and helped get me in and helped resolve my concerns and even followed up with me to check how I was doing. I was going to California to visit my son and daughter in law and woke up with inflammation in my eye, scared I was going to have to cancel my trip Dr. Hauser ensured that I would be able to still go and checked my eye, prescribed me medicine that helped the issue immediately-while telling me I can go enjoy my trip. I am Very thankful for her!

I have always been treated with respect at Renner. I see Dr. Houser and I can ask her about anything about my eyes and she’s always truthful. I’ve been seeing her since before she joined Renner. I trust her. The atmosphere at Renner is very positive and comfortable.

I have enjoyed seeing Dr Houser. I always feel that she listen to my issues and comes up with a plan. I love the new office and everyone is very nice. I was seen in a very timely manner and never felt rushed. It is so nice to have a doctor that cares.

From my arrival until my departure, everyone at Renner Eye Care was friendly, efficient and professional. Alana, at the front desk greeted me and verified my insurance information. Austin, the optical technician, performed the initial eye tests, then assisted me with the glasses frame and lens selection. Dr Houser, who I previously saw for several years at the Mercy Eye Clinic (before it was closed by the hospital), was kind and gave me a thorough eye examination. I highly recommend Renner Eye Care and in fact have convinced several of our relatives to see Dr Houser as well.
