Highly recommend, I usually am nervous with anyone near my eye's but the optometrist are so kind including the staff to help talk you through the eye exam before doing anything and very patient with any questions or concerns. I am very pleased with an option for a preferred name + being discreet with confidential information. Overall amazing place and will come again for future exams since they have a wide variety of glasses :] and are very inclusive.

I highly recommend! All the optometrists take their time with you and are so welcoming and kind. I really enjoy working with Dr. Kappes who I saw the last few times. The people who help with picking and ordering glasses are also very patient and actually give you helpful feedback. They are detailed and very clear about pricing with insurance. I worked with Christina that last few times and she was wonderful! They will also clean your glasses and replaced my nose pads last time for free. Can't recommend this place enough!!!

I reached out to Reno Family Eye Care to see if they accepted my insurance and after having Yasmin look into my insurance plan, she was incredibly responsive and helpful. I reached out about scheduling and pricing and heard back the very same day. They were friendly, organized, and made everything easy to understand. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Yasmine at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Dr Kallie Kappes was a gem, so professional and pleasant. Aubrey helped with choosing my glasses, I loved her honesty and personality. This was by far the best and fastest eye visit yet. Reno Family Eye Care will be caring for my 👀 from now on. I Highly recommend them to EVERYBODY!!

I wanted to give a shoutout to Dr Mariah Smith and her team! Yesterday I had to go through extensive testing for a potential issue. My eyes are very important to me. I don’t just trust anyone for the care of my eyes. Dr Mariah explains things so well. Fortunately, the area she had concern about, is not an issue presently. As she was walking me out, to schedule another appointment, we were laughing. I value her genuineness. I drive across town just to see her. I feel like I’m in good hands.
