Top Notch Customer Service. Everybody is running to the discount eyeglasses locations and I think that's great...if you're 12, but I wanted a professional look and decided to support my local business. First, the eye exam was more thorough than I had encountered at other competitors in the past and I felt like they were there for me and not rushed. I selected a new pair of Götti frames and they used an old frame to allow me a pair I could use when at my workbench or computer. When I received one pair of my glasses, I was happy. When I went in to get my second pair, they asked how I was doing with the other and in passing I said, "I am good, but I have to site a bot further away from my computer than I am used to" thinking it was just an adjustment period. They immediately took my back and rechecked the distance I wanted and ordered a new set of lenses. I was not expecting this. They also took the time to fit the new frames and get the lenses just right. Above and Beyond and always with a smile. Preston and Mariel are awesome and I will recommend them to others. A year ago, I went with a different company and though I thought I was saving money, I had billing issues and others that cost me time and money and ended up more of a hassle. Preston and Mariel made the experience feel boutique and custom and I am so grateful to them.
