Dr. Tracy is very friendly and professional. I'm thankful that my husband found this place for both of us. I only giving 3 star for couple of reasons; -the location is hard to find. If you are new to this place you have to look out for their big sign (with Dr. Tracy's face). Their business sign is too far from the street so it's hard to spot especially there are big trees around. The entrance street is also narrow with one lane for entrance and exit. I think they have to put a yard sign with an arrow that says "enter this way" or something. - they don't ship contact lens if it's not one year supply so you have to go back after a week to pick it up. I believe they changed their policy in 2023 because last time they shipped my 3 month supply.

I never cared for eye exams and glasses shopping until I left the big-brand L***C******* and came here. Dr. Tracy is extremely kind and her staff very helpful and flexible. They have modern equipment and everything is explained simply and thoroughly. There's no hidden costs and the lens company they work with does an extremely good job. I highly recommend coming by for an appointment!
I am using +2.00 reading glasses, but they said that I also need +1.00 and +0.75 glasses for distance. I was given a quote of $570 for progressive eyeglasses. I thought it was very expensive, but the difference from the cheapest frame they have is only $36. I reluctantly agreed to order it. When I came to pick up and tried the glasses, I could only see clearly about 5 inches wide and height. The salesman tried to fix it, but he made it worse. It ended up being only about 3 inches wide, which is clear; the rest are blurred. I told him that it doesn't make sense that the $570 eyeglasses are worse than the ones I'm using, which cost me less than $20 for three eyeglasses. He then said that the frame I selected doesn't fit me and I need to pick a new one. Blaming the frame doesn't make sense since he was there when I selected that frame. Then he admitted that the eyeglasses were defective, they had to return them, and I would have to come back. When I came back to try the new eyeglasses with a different frame, I got almost the same result, except this time they were about 6 inches wide, which is clear. The rest is out of focus or blurred. I was unhappy; I protested repeatedly, but he insisted that it would get better. He insisted that I give it a try for a week or two. He said that he would call me to follow up on it. He was really set on not letting me go without the eyeglasses, so I reluctantly brought them home with me to try. After using it for a week or two, he called me. I told him that nothing has changed and that it is only clear for about 6 inches squared and blurry after that. He insisted that I try it more, and he would call me back again. After a week or so, he called me back again, and I told him the same. No change. It is still blurry outside the 6-inch area. He then said that I would just have to return the glasses and get a full refund. He will just have to clear it with the doctor and call me back. After several days, he called me back and told me that they could not give me a full refund because of their policy. I will only get a $150 partial refund instead. I was really upset and thinking of arguing with him. But I just bit my tongue, tried to be civilized, and said, "Okay. Thank you." before I ended our conversation. After that, I never heard or received correspondence from them. There is no partial refund at all, either. So, BEWARE.
Always enjoy Dr. E and the team. I have had good experiences. The office feels very comfortable … homey ☺️, exams are thorough, and processes efficient. Thankful to have this office as a resource in good healthcare.
I have been seeing Dr E. for years and she has been wonderful. Very caring and thorough.
