I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Julia Nemiroff and her wonderful staff. I called with an eye emergency and was seen the same day. From the moment I arrived, everyone in the office was professional, caring, and compassionate. Dr. Nemiroff took the time to thoroughly examine my eye, explain her findings, and answer my questions in a way that made me feel comfortable and reassured. Thanks to her expertise, I learned that my symptoms were caused by a scratch on my eye that is already healing, and she promptly started treatment and scheduled a follow-up visit. Excellent care and excellent staff. I highly recommend Dr. Nemiroff and her team to anyone in need of outstanding eye care. Thank you again for seeing me so quickly and taking such a good care of me. At Retina Eye Clinic, the staff treats you well and is very friendly; however, I cannot afford the $395 copay for each visit—I simply cannot cover the cost.

This comment is not about doctor but the business and billing office. I was overcharged by nearly 300.00 for my copay back in march. I’ve spoken with their billing person several times and they tell me that they see they over charged me and would get my refund out to me. I have yet to see a refund. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Hopefully their business practices aren’t a reflection of how they care for patients. If they owe you money, good luck on getting it.

Dr Nemiroff is lovely! Easy to talk to, really listens to your concerns. Unlike my previous experiences, visits with her are unhurried and she does not make me feel like a number. To find such a well-trained physician who is also patient-focused is a treat.

Julia Nemiroff is the most professional eye doctor I’ve met! Always on time and always has brief and precise answer to any of her patient’s question. Her office staff is also very friendly and professional. Many thanks to them all:-)
