I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Levine and his entire staff. From the moment I walked into his office, I was treated with kindness, professionalism and genuine care. Dr Levine did an absolutely amazing job, results so far have exceeded my expectations and I truly feel grateful for the expertise and attention I received throughout the process. The staff is equally fabulous… friendly, compassionate and always willing to answer questions and make me feel comfortable. Every visit was seamless and reassuring. My appointment was quickly scheduled. Office was very professional. Many detailed diagnostic scans were performed to determine my problem. All findings were very well explained as was my plan. After leaving, Dr. Chein contacted my neurologist who recommended further scans as soon as possible. I’m very grateful for his prompt assessment and attention to my care

The office where I see Dr Chen is the West Bethesda Professional Center. It is a lovely office atmosphere. Dr Chen is exceptionally confident and explains everything in details that I can understand. All of the staff are efficient and friendly. However, the receptionist at the front desk is one of the loveliest ladies and the most polite receptionist I have ever dealt with. It may be strange to write this, but I'm quite happy to go to my annual eye appointment! Retina Care Specialists staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I came in for a treatment a few years ago. No problems since. Dr. Laird has a very calming, gentle presence and takes the time to answer whatever questions I have. I'm glad to be under his and his team's care. Thanks!
