From the moment you walk into the door till the moment they escort you out after surgery everyone was very helpful very polite, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Should they ever need the service?

Dr. Rao takes care of my mother’s eyes and she’s always been wonderful, so when my opthamologist recommended that I see a retina specialist, she was my first choice. Her office staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr. Rao is very knowledgeable and thorough.

Every staff member was very friendly. Dr. Prethy Rao is very friendly and professional. She takes the time to listen to any concerns. She does not rush through the appointment. And she thoroughly explains the diagnosis. Highly Recommend.

Dr Roa was great. Our experience was awesome. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff were concerned for the patient. The wait time was about 10 minutes and the flow of care was great. There was never a doubt about what you needed to do. Very organized.

The office is always immaculately clean. They are very professional as well as timely. Very welcoming atmosphere and you are waited on promptly. If I could give 10 Stars I would my experience from office visits, to surgery, to post-op and pre-op have all been excellent. Dr Rahman is very professional, very thorough and has this great personality. I've been so blessed to have a great doctor attending to my eyes. Even though they travel here from Houston you would never know it because everyone is so upbeat and always courteous.
