This place is great, staff is well trained and super friendly. I've never felt so comfortable at a Doctor's office!! Dr. Gutman and staff explained what to expect in a manor I understood and that put me at ease!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family if they are experiencing any eye issues.

Hello. I'm very grateful for Dr. Mallick's services at the Retina Center of New Jersey. He is very thorough with his eye condition analysis. Both bubble and lazer surgeries he performed were effective in resolving the retinal tear in my eye, pending further follow-up with Mallick. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of retinal eye examination and surgery. Michael D.
Dr. Angioletti is so kind and personable with my disabled brother. And the staff is kind, patient, helpful all the way. A special shout out to Demari - she really explained things kindly and extended herself. My brother was treated like a human being at this practice.
The system used at this center is outdated; there are long wait times, and you are shuffled between various rooms to see staff who lack experience. I waited over 40 minutes in the room for Dr. Adnan, only for him to speak with me for a mere three minutes. He is not very communicative and shows no respect for patients.
I had a very disappointing experience with Retina Center of New Jersey. I received more than nine injections in my eye to reduce fluid, yet my condition is now worse than before. At every visit, the injection was performed before any real discussion about my condition. There was only one occasion where we actually reviewed my progress to consider adjusting the treatment, changing the medication, or exploring other options. Unfortunately, no meaningful effort was made to reassess or improve my care. What is even more frustrating is that when I requested my medical records to seek a second opinion elsewhere, I was told I would have to pay a fee to access my own file. Overall, I feel that this practice prioritizes profit over patient care and does not make enough effort to find effective solutions. I would not recommend this center based on my experience.
