Staff is pleasant, keeps things moving from one part of the exam to the next. I loved Dr. Bajwa but she recently left the practice. I met Dr. Parver today, he was friendly, precise and quick. Very professional.
I have always loved this office. Staff is professional and has excellent customer service. Dr Parver is an excellent and caring doctor with his patients. I have had a couple of emergencies where I had to call the emergency number and Dr. Parver was right there to offer his excellent advice and wisdom per my situation. I highly recommend Dr. Parver and his great office staff.
I have been a patient of Dr. Parver since my retinal detachment journey which began in 2021. He is an amazing doctor, has great bedside manners, is compassionate, very thorough in making the best decisions for his patients along with being sensitive to your concerns and needs. He is a great listener and answers all my questions. He has done all he can to save my eye and vision. I don’t trust no one else but him. Though my journey is not quite done yet, I am thankful to God for placing the best doctor to take care of my eye. I highly recommend him. Also, his staff are friendly and empathetic as well. They are a great team! ❤️
The admin person, Monica, at the front desk was very kind and friendly and very informative. The 2 techs I had were very kind and efficient! Dr Heffez was wonderful, very smart and thorough with the eye exam!! He was very patient with all of my questions! Thank you all!!
