I walked into Retina Consultants of Texas and went to check in. The receptionist greeted me in a very professional manner. She made me feel comfortable and quickly checked me in! I sat down for less than 2 minutes and my name was called. I was taken in and the representative introduced herself as the person to prep me and assist me if I needed anything. She was professional and completed the tests to prepare me for the doctor’s visit. Next, I was greeted by the person who was going to do further preparation for the doctor’s visit. She was equally impressive and explained what she was doing. As everyone else the doctor came in and made me feel very comfortable. As he checked my eyes and determined the results he showed me and clearly explained everything I was looking at in terms I could understand. He told me what we will do to monitor my eyes and I was pleased with the plan. Overall, the practice is run efficiently and all of the employees are a cohesive team that demonstrate being professional and patient friendly as their mission! This is a great practice to go to! I highly recommend if you have a need for eye services you visit this practice, 10, 10 recommend!

First time visitor and was very impressed with the process from start to finish. Greeted warmly by the lovely receptionist and all of the technicians were professional and pleasant. Each of the diagnostic testing was explained and told what to expect before starting the testing. Dr. Majors had a great personality and explained thoroughly my test results easing my apprehensions. The facility was clean, easy to locate and plenty of parking. Very satisfied that I chose to come here and will return back for all future needs.

Well I was recommended to this clinic not the Pasadena location, but I thought it would be the same at every location. I will def not be making an appointment here. The lady literally cut me off mid sentence, her tone was very rude and condescending, that experience alone is enough for me not to feel welcome. (I did express to her that I was trying to briefly give information before she cut me off) it didn’t seem to matter to her. Costumer service should be as important. I will be trying the original location I was recommended to, which was at Bellaire. I did hear the doctors are top notch so I still have hope for this clinic!
